The botanical studies that singularise a cultivar of economic potential for its features of productivity and resilience to external factors, is based in twelve organografics aspects, among them the appearance of shoots, leaves, stems, internode, tillering, and so on. Thus the objective of this study was to
determine the yield on the parameters organográficos the third piece of sugar cane (Saccharum officinarum L.) subjected to different levels of irrigation, conducting a field experiment in the Spring Farm Distillery Miriri in the city Capim - PB. In the experiment the effective rainfall during the crop cycle was of 775 mm and the depth of water applied through irrigation were 152, 290 and 393 mm and the levels of fertilization of coverage were 72 and 276 kg ha-1. We used the 2 x 4 factorial and randomized design with 3 replications. After statistical analysis of data collected, it appeared that there was significant influence of the factors irrigation and fertilization of coverage on the weight of stems and influence of the only factor irrigation on the length of the stems. In other parameters organografics there was no significant influence of the factors studied. The increase in the layer of water in greater quantity of fertilizer resulted in higher numbers of stem, stem length and weight of stems.
