Twenty nine intra-specific peanut lines were evaluated in relation to their similarity based on ten agronomic traits. The parental used was BR 1 (Arachis hypogaea subsp. fastigiata, Valencia group) and Florruner (A. hypogaea subsp. hypogaeae, Virginia group). Parents and lines were cultivated during the rainy season, at Recife, PE. All traits were collected at harvest time, except blooming, which was collected when this event took place. Cluster analysis was carried out using GENES, version 2007 program. Five clusters were performed, among them the first one, composed by 61% of runner lines, showed high contribution to a peanut improvement program.
