Issue with Microsoft emails

We advise that Microsoft email servers (MSN, Hotmail, Live and any other) security protocols preclude these emails from receiving our journal emails, something which we do not have any control over.

We suggest you use another email provider to guarantee receiving our emails, as well as always checking the spam.

We are sorry for the trouble, but as mentioned earlier, this is a matter outside of our control.
